What do I have to pay attention to concerning rental inquiries?

When you want to hire some equipment from Captured Live, respectively enquire rental charges or availability, please let us have all the specific information. That is, the requested material, the exact rental period, the operating site, and (optionally) the shipping address.

What are the charges for Captured Live backline?

We do not have a fixed rate card, for rental charges may vary, depending on the rental period and transport. That is why we would like to ask you for sending us an inquiry including all relevant information (see above), so that we can send you the most appropriate offer.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

Yes, we do accept credit card payment.

Where can I pick up the equipment?

Our warehouse is located in Essen, Germany, the exact address can be found in Contact. If you are interested in having the rental equipment delivered to where you need it, please tell us directly, so that we can make you an offer including transport.

When can I pick up or return rental equipment?

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5 pm. Collection or redelivery outside the opening hours have to be agreed on in advance categorically.

What can I do in case of an emergency outside the opening hours?

In case of an acute emergency you can contact one of our staff members on our emergency hotline: +49 (0) 176 – 723 368 02.
